Vincent’s is well known for its wood burning open flame rotisserie. You can walk into Vincent’s and watch the famous secretly spiced, lemon and garlic chicken slowly turning in the wood fired, brick oven. The smell of the rotisserie chicken is irresistible! The pizzas are made from fresh dough made daily, homemade sauce and freshly grown local ingredients. The homemade mozzarella is pulled and stretched just to the right creamy texture. What better way to experience our mozzarella than with Caprese salad, on your favorite wood fired pizza or in our home baked lasagna.
