Pinkerton's Barbecue

We are here to bring real Texas pit barbecue to Houston. After moving back from living in Austin Texas, spending many days in the hill country, I found that Houston was lacking in real, good, barbecue. I started smoking meat in my back yard on my days off and began giving it out to friends and family. People kept asking for more. I have now decided to turn my passion and hobby into a business and try to provide Houston with the most authentic pit barbecue around. Currently I am taking orders in advance and can cater up to any size party or event.

We specialize in real Texas style pit Barbecue. Authentic slow smoked brisket, pork ribs, beef ribs, sausage and chicken. We will cater any event.
