Bernie's Burger Bus (Heights)

Owned and operated by Chef-Owner Justin Turner, Bernie's Burger Bus has been serving classic American fare to Houston-area patrons since 2010. First gaining popularity out of an iconic yellow school bus as a food truck, Turner debuted his flagship brick-and-mortar restaurant in Bellaire, TX, in 2014. A little over a year later, Bernie's Burger Bus opened its second location in Katy, TX, in November 2015, and a third in The Heights in 2017. Restaurant #4 will open in Missouri City in early 2019. The playful, school-themed menu (The Detention, Homeroom, Lunch Lady Fries) features burgers ground in house from prime cuts, freshly baked buns and scratch-made condiments in addition to hand-cut fries and creative milkshakes.
