With over 12 years of experience in the public and private sectors, I have weathered a variety of economic climates, closed complex commercial transactions, and saved my clients time. I specialize in helping Houston business leaders align business objectives with real estate requirements. The majority of my client's occupy office properties in and around the Houston area.

I believe location, build out, lease terms, and amenities combine to create a work environment that is critical to an organization’s performance, profitability, and talent retention. I prefer to shoulder the time-intensive tasks of conforming these areas to an entity's goals and allow leadership to focus on the immediate concerns of daily business.

Office lease transactions are one of the most significant financial decisions in the business cycle, and using a representative in the process can dramatically reduce costs, increase site options, and increase efficiency.

Outside of work and valued family time, I volunteer as a Reserve Deputy with the Harris County Sheriff's Office and teach a Youth Sunday School class at Lakeside United Methodist Church with my wife, Mandy. We have three boys and enjoy playing board games and going on adventures together.

I am also active in many local organizations, including Leadership North Houston, Harris County Sheriff's Office, USGBC – Texas Gulf Coast Chapter, NAIOP Houston, Houston A&M Club and the Texas A&M Former Students Association.
