The very popular Heritage Dinner plate is a sampling of red cabbage, sauerkraut, austrian potatoes, sausages, roasted chicken, pork loin, wiener schnitzel and sauerbraten. At least once you have to try Rudi's Pork Shank (Eisbein or Schweinshax'n). It's enough food to feed even the hungriest Texas Cowboy! There's an art to making good Wiener schnitzel, and Chef Rudi Lechner has mastered it.

We are more than just a “restaurant,” we offer fun and interactive German language courses. Practice your German language skills at our monthly Austrian or German Stammtisch, a casual gathering for a bite and a beer, for beginners to native speakers. It's all for fun and no reservations are required.
