Worst experience EVER!!! Product is absolute crap...no quality at all. Sizing is AT LEAST two sizes off. And best of all, when I tried to contact to schedule a return for refund, I called and was told to "chat with the facebook page" which I did. I received two replies. One asked for my order number the other told me they would check into it. I've heard nothing since then and that was yesterday! I am in a VERY large vinyl group that is always looking for suggestions for where to buy shirts and other clothing. I am going to make sure that I post every few days in there warning people NEVER to use Iltex Apparel. I'm beyond dismayed at the lack of customer service and complete disregard for the product quality. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Oh and I WILL be opening a paypal dispute to get my refund. I emailed TWO DAYS AGO and got not response...that's when I called as was told to "chat with the facebook page". POOR BUSINESS!!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!
