It is a dish that has a history of hand-made preparations and rich, well-balanced flavors, things you will find brought to life at Napa Udon House and Wine Bar. Our dedicated chef, Toby San, trained in one of Japan’s most exclusive Master-Chef programs, and today he has put his 20 years of experience toward preparing udon that will take your breath away. His recipes consist of noodles (laboriously kneaded in-house daily for your order), broth made from Japanese-imported ingredients, and fresh toppings, like shrimp, eggplant, and so much more! To complement your dish, Napa also offers a diverse selection of wines, sake, beers, and spirits.
